Uppsala Konstmuseum

From the collection, the Uppsala Art Museum shows some of the most influential artists in Uppland, from late 1800’s until today. The exhibition shows various art historical periods, from the turn of the century, national romantic painting, to modernism and contemporary art. It gives an idea of how artists in Uppland affected by the currents and trends in art history, nationally and internationally.

Liminals is a brand new project from Differnet members Tomas Bodén and Anna-Karin Brus and “Hearthand” is their first release as Liminals. It’s a vinyl album. “Hearthand” will be released in a limited edition of 300 copies. For the first 100 pre-ordered copies the cover will be a handprinted, signed and numbered by Anna-Karin Brus.

Vårsalongen is open 30 jan-29 mars, Tuesday - Sunday 11 am - 5 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 11 am -7 pm. address: Djurgårdsvägen 60, Stockholm.
Vårsalongens jury consists this time of four of the country’s leading gallerists, from north to south: Stefan Andersson with Gallery Andersson Sandström in Umeå, Magnus Karlsson with Gallery Magnus Karlsson in Stockholm, Paul Thomassen with Gallery Thomassen in Gothenburg, Britt Arnstedt with Gallery Arnstedt & Kullgren in Båstad, and jury president Louise Fogelström from Liljevalchs art.
There is a guided tour two times each day, at 12.15 and 14.30. Welcome!
